New Orleans, then traveled 90 miles away to Baton Rouge, LA where the event was held. All of

the shopping and preparation yielded a wonderful dinner buffet including her signature dish

‘Catfish ME-ME” to hungry southerners waiting for the New York chef and her sumptuous
