GROCERY SHOPPING 101 WITH Airis the Chef!!


Many of us make poor decisions while grocery shopping for various reasons. Whether we’re shopping while hungry or simply just don’t know what to get, we’ve all struggled once or twice.

Here are a few tips for grocery shopping plus a video of me explaining my grocery shopping habits on a recent visit to Trader Joe’s.

 

1. Make a list! There’s nothing worst than NOT making a grocery shopping list! With a list, your trip will be shorter and you’ll get everything you NEED.

2. Keep it healthy! If you’re used to mainly buying “trashy”, processed foods, use a 75/25 rule at first until you completely ween yourself off of the bad stuff. This means purchase 75% ALL HEALTHY ITEMS and 25% of food items that you enjoy but may not be so healthy.
