Recently, I had the distinct pleasure of being a resident chef instructor at the JHB Culinary and Pastry School¬†(JCPS) in Johannesburg,South Africa. Owned and run by Chef’s Kelvin and Jarlyne Joel, JCPS is at the pinnacle of culinary education in South Africa. The students are motivated, talented and are preparing to compete on high levels internationally while matriculating and beyond!
